We don’t just say that either, we mean it – that phrase shapes the way we do ministry!

We give because God gave. We give our best because God gave His best.

Proverbs 3 says to “honor the Lord with the first fruits of all your increase.” After all, God deserves our first and our best, not just our leftovers. In addition to that, the things you spend your money on are good indicators of where your heart is.

If Awaken is your church home, then you’re a part of the team. It may take some faith to commit that first 10% of your income to the Lord, but He promises to bless you for it. And, if you’re already giving that, and feel led to give above and beyond, give as the Lord leads.

Give cheerfully (2 Corinthians 9:7), generously (Romans 12:8), and in proportion to what you have been given (Mark 12:41-44)

Statements detailing your financial contributions in excess of $250 are automatically mailed each year prior to January 31.
